Product Manager – Cloud Service Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Ensure that product features and functionalities align with both current and future customer needs.

• Assess new technologies and customer demands to evaluate their business potential.

• Perform ongoing market analysis that includes competitive dynamics, market trends, and customer insights.

• Collect customer requirements for existing opportunities.

• Collaborate across the organization to provide tailored solutions.

• Partner with, influence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding product strategy, design, delivery, and support.

• Lead efforts to resolve business challenges that have a company-wide impact.

• Interact with customers at various levels to communicate Lenovo's value propositions and product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product experience in a technology-related field.

• Direct experience working with customers.

• Proficiency in understanding technical specifications.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Previous experience in the server industry or with cloud clients is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel 10-20% to customer locations.

• Flexibility and capability to work remotely.
