This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
β’ Take ownership and manage the product backlog for Zoomph's broadcast measurement tools, creating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
β’ Lead the development of features from initial concept through to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
β’ Establish and monitor success metrics for released features and report on their outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deploy and enhance AI computer vision features that identify and assess logos, virtual signage, and on-screen brand visibility in broadcast and streaming content.
β’ Set and track detection accuracy and performance benchmarks for the computer vision pipeline, prioritizing enhancements in collaboration with the data science team.
β’ Assist with quality assurance and validation of detection outcomes to maintain reliable sponsorship valuation for clients.
β’ Convert broadcast and league requirements into a prioritized roadmap in partnership with the Director and Associate Director of Broadcast Strategy.
β’ Collect and analyze feedback from sales, customer success, leagues, teams, and brand partners to shape priorities.
β’ Examine product usage and trends in broadcast measurement to pinpoint opportunities and gaps.
β’ Organize release schedules and keep internal teams updated on shipping timelines.
β’ Equip sales and customer success teams with documentation on new broadcast and computer vision features.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, analytics, or media technology sectors.
β’ A solid understanding of AI computer vision or machine learning products, with a willingness to partner with data science teams.
β’ Proven experience in writing requirements, user stories, and managing a product backlog.
β’ A strong preference for familiarity with sports, broadcast, media, or sponsorship measurement.
β’ Comfortable working with data and translating it into clear product decisions and quality metrics.
β’ Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience with product management and design tools such as TFS, Figma, or comparable platforms.
