This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the product backlog and roadmap for Zoomph's benchmarking solution, crafting precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
β’ Lead features from initial concept through to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
β’ Establish and monitor success metrics for released features and report on their outcomes.
β’ Design the database structure and access layer for pre-processed benchmark data, enabling customers to make instant comparisons across leagues, teams, and brands.
β’ Collaborate with engineering to expose benchmark data through MCP and APIs, ensuring accessibility for customers and AI-driven applications.
β’ Work alongside data engineering on ETL pipelines that ingest, normalize, and expand the benchmarking dataset, starting with social-first data and broadening to include broadcast and streaming.
β’ Define and oversee data quality, coverage, and freshness targets, while prioritizing enhancements in conjunction with engineering and data teams.
β’ Collect and synthesize feedback from sales, customer success, leagues, teams, and brand partners to guide priority setting.
β’ Analyze product usage and benchmarking trends to uncover opportunities and identify gaps.
β’ Coordinate product releases and keep internal teams updated on shipping schedules.
β’ Equip sales and customer success teams with new benchmarking capabilities through comprehensive documentation.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, analytics, or media technology sectors.
β’ Background in social analytics or social-first environments, with a thorough understanding of social data and metrics.
β’ Experience in building or managing data products, databases, or data access layers such as APIs, and ideally MCP.
β’ Proficiency in working with ETL pipelines and managing growing, multi-source datasets.
β’ Proven experience in writing requirements, user stories, and managing a product backlog effectively.
β’ Familiarity with sports, media, sponsorship, or benchmarking data is highly preferred.
β’ Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Experience with product management and design tools such as TFS, Figma, or similar platforms.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
