Product Manager, B2B Software Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Articulate the *why*, *when*, and *what* behind the products developed by our engineering team, guiding cross-functional teams from concept to execution.

• Develop a product and strategy that embodies **Insider One’s vision**, effectively communicating business value to unite the team for each launch.

• Oversee and enhance the **release process**, managing all activities to ensure successful market introduction of products.

• Discover opportunities, influence product decisions, and transform insights into actionable strategies by consistently monitoring market trends, customer needs, product analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Establish and evaluate key **product metrics** to assess performance, customer satisfaction, and areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A **Bachelor’s degree** from a prestigious university, ideally in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• **3+ years of experience in Product Management**, preferably with a **B2B SaaS product**.

• Proven experience managing the **full lifecycle of a complex software product**, from product strategy to demonstrable business impact.

• Practical experience in **Agile Product Development**.

• A **data-driven mindset** capable of balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Outstanding **decision-making** and **communication** abilities.

• Capability to handle intricate initiatives with a high level of ownership and minimal supervision.

• **Fluency in English and Turkish**, both written and spoken, as we collaborate with colleagues globally.
