Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance the product strategy for Ergon, focusing on HR, Payroll, and eSocial.

• Develop and share short-term, mid-term, and long-term roadmaps.

• Oversee the transformation of legacy products while balancing innovation, stability, and adherence to regulations.

• Discover opportunities for new products, features, automations, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.

• Conduct Discovery processes, validate hypotheses, and create Proofs of Concept (POCs).

• Organize, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs effectively.

• Balance regulatory obligations with customer needs, functional advancements, technical debt, and operational viability.

• Monitor changes in laws related to labor, social security, HR, and eSocial legislation.

• Translate business requirements and regulatory modifications into precise specifications for development teams.

• Ensure that decisions regarding product evolution are guided by the value they provide to both customers and the business.

• Engage in strategic discussions with clients and key users.

• Track metrics related to product performance, adoption, support, customer satisfaction, and NPS.

• Integrate customer feedback into product planning processes.

• Collaborate with Product Owners across various squads.

• Report on progress, risks, opportunities, and priorities to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or in a similar role within digital products.

• Demonstrated ability to build, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps.

• Experience in managing product backlogs effectively.

• Knowledgeable in Product Discovery and hypothesis validation processes.

• Proficient in utilizing metrics and KPIs for informed decision-making.

• Experience in agile work environments.

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Understanding of agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with digital product management concepts.

• Plus: experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or People Management products.

• Plus: experience with mission-critical B2B products.

• Plus: experience in regulated environments.

• Plus: experience working across multiple squads or within organizations exhibiting diverse levels of agile maturity.
