Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish the product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Call Intelligence.

• Gain insights into healthcare-practice workflows related to inbound calls, appointment conversions, staff training, and revenue follow-up.

• Conduct customer and internal research and translate findings into product decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering, data, machine learning, and design teams to deliver analytics and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Enhance activation, adoption, retention, and customer-perceived value through analytics, experiments, and workflow optimizations.

• Make informed trade-offs concerning data quality, model accuracy, integrations, usability, and processing speed.

• Foster alignment among distributed teams through effective written communication, decision documentation, and outcome-focused planning.

• Report directly to the Director of Product, Call Intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, workflow automation, or communications software.

• Proven track record of overseeing customer-facing products from initial discovery through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Strong data fluency, including proficiency in SQL, product analytics, dashboards, and quantitative analysis.

• Experience in defining product metrics, assessing experiments, and linking product behaviors to business results.

• Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, event instrumentation, and practical limitations of AI/ML systems.

• Capability to collaborate closely with engineering and data teams in distributed or cross-time-zone settings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to create structure from ambiguity, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive execution without formal authority.

• Completion of a background check is mandatory.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and be able to provide valid Form I-9 documentation.
