This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of one or more comprehensive workflows throughout the content supply chain.
• Establish the intent, outcomes, and value of workflows, rather than focusing solely on isolated features.
• Ensure consistency of workflows across different regions, brands, and operating models.
• Determine how Agentic AI agents will coordinate tasks within the workflow.
• Minimize manual tasks and handovers, facilitating adaptive and learning systems.
• Define controls involving human oversight, governance frameworks, and escalation pathways.
• Collaborate with AI and Engineering teams to confirm feasibility.
• Develop the Core Product as a flexible platform and foundational infrastructure layer.
• Clarify how core capabilities bolster AI-driven workflows and modular configurations.
• Ensure that infrastructure decisions are in harmony with the long-term evolution of workflows.
• Outline the implementation of comprehensive data flows within the workflow.
• Document integration requirements, including system boundaries and limitations.
• Work alongside Sales and Solutions Consultants for thorough discovery and validation.
• Establish the commercial framework of workflows, including value drivers and pricing considerations.
• Ensure that workflows can be articulated clearly in commercial terms and are supported by scalable pricing models.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related strategic role.
• Proven track record in defining product strategy and launching products that surpass business goals.
• Strong grasp of content supply chains within the life sciences sector.
• Experience in designing complete workflows rather than just individual features.
• Working knowledge of:
• - Agentic AI concepts
• - Platform/infrastructure considerations
• - Data flows and integrations
• Ability to convert complex systems into clear value propositions.
• Commercial insight: understanding of pricing logic, value drivers, and packaging strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
