Core Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture the Core PM team.

• Establish the product strategy for the Core segment.

• Facilitate cross-product decision-making.

• Mentor PMs in their craft.

• Advocate for Core in leadership discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience managing product managers, preferably at the Director level or equivalent.

• Over 8 years of product management expertise in developer tools or infrastructure.

• Experience in shipping products within the Postgres, database, or developer-infrastructure domains.

• Strong inclination towards speed in execution.

• Leverage AI to enhance efficiency.

• Default to asynchronous work practices.
