Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver products that incorporate AI throughout the entire software lifecycle (planning, building, testing, shipping, and running), which includes AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and automated operations designed to minimize toil and enhance reliability.

• Oversee the organization-wide framework that guarantees each engineering team provisions and manages infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC)—encompassing standards, reusable modules/templates, policy-as-code guardrails, CI/CD integration, and adoption metrics.

• Act as the forefront of cloud transformation by establishing quicker, automated, and ready-to-use self-service pathways that boost developer velocity—utilizing AI-native platform capabilities to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance developer satisfaction.

• Effectively articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first developer workflows to a variety of audiences, from internal/external stakeholders to senior leaders and customers, translating complex technical ideas (AI capabilities, risks, and trade-offs) into clear outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management with a focus on building custom software.

• At least 1 year of experience in inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent work experience.
