Junior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Assist in the identification of product requirements, user narratives, and acceptance criteria for Cards & Credit functionalities.

• Perform user research, evaluate customer feedback, and distill insights into practical recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to facilitate feature delivery.

• Track product KPIs and compile weekly performance dashboards.

• Aid in go-to-market strategy and coordinate cross-functional launches.

• Keep abreast of trends in stablecoin, fintech, and the credit market.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar field.

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data (knowledge of SQL is a plus).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Enthusiasm for fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services in emerging markets.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic, remote-first setting.

• Preferred: Experience with card issuing, credit products, or payment platforms.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
