Group Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine the strategy for the product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals.

• Lead and nurture teams of Product Managers and AI Product Developers.

• Assess and prioritize initiatives according to their impact, effort, and associated risks.

• Promote data-driven decision-making by monitoring key metrics and outcomes.

• Collaborate with the technology team to guarantee the quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions.

• Foster alignment among business, educational, data, and technology sectors.

• Relay results, risks, and priorities to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product management as well as in leading product teams.

• Deep understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including their quality assessment, limitations, and risks related to AI-based solutions.

• Capability to evaluate prototypes and technical solutions, pinpointing risks related to security, scalability, costs, and maintainability.

• Familiarity with data analysis, product metrics, and business intelligence tools.

• Comprehension of contemporary digital product architecture, including APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud services.

• Experience with or knowledge of rapid prototyping tools and AI-assisted development methodologies.

• Awareness of best practices regarding security, privacy, and the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), especially in educational environments.
