This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define and enhance the product strategy for Ergon (HR, Payroll, and eSocial).
• Develop and share short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps.
• Guide the evolution of legacy products while balancing innovation, stability, and compliance with regulations.
• Discover opportunities for new products, features, automations, and applications of Artificial Intelligence.
• Execute Discovery processes, validate hypotheses, and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Organize, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs.
• Balance regulatory obligations, customer demands, functional advancements, technical debt, and operational sustainability.
• Keep abreast of legal changes concerning labor, social security, HR, and eSocial legislation.
• Convert business requirements and regulatory updates into clear specifications for development teams.
• Ensure that evolution decisions are driven by the value they provide to customers and the business.
• Engage in strategic discussions with clients and key users.
• Monitor product metrics, adoption rates, support performance, customer satisfaction, and NPS.
• Integrate customer feedback into product development planning.
• Work closely with Product Owners across various squads.
• Report on progress, risks, opportunities, and priorities to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or in a comparable role involving digital products.
• Proficiency in building, prioritizing, and managing product roadmaps.
• Expertise in backlog management.
• Familiarity with Product Discovery and hypothesis validation techniques.
• Ability to use indicators and metrics to aid in decision-making.
• Experience in agile work environments.
• Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Preferred: experience with Human Resources, Payroll, or People Management products.
• Preferred: experience with mission-critical B2B products.
• Preferred: background in regulated environments.
• Preferred: experience working with multiple squads or within organizations of varying agile maturity levels.
