Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product vision and roadmap, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery.

• Organize and uphold functional and technical product documentation, which includes PRDs, user stories, integration flows, and process maps.

• Spearhead the development and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions as well as high-transaction-volume ecosystems.

• Ensure project visibility and governance through the use of checklists, regular management in Jira, and the creation of periodic reports.

• Track essential product metrics such as OKRs, adoption rates, and latency.

• Maintain ongoing compliance with financial industry standards, notably PCI-DSS and LGPD/PII.

• Foster cross-functional communication among engineering, data, UX/UI, security, and corporate stakeholders to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Digital Product Management, preferably centered on B2B platforms, payment methods, or financial services.

• Skilled in crafting product documentation and utilizing Jira for tracking and governance purposes.

• Practical or theoretical understanding of Databricks architecture and Generative AI models.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities across various teams.

• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to continuous process improvement and routine follow-up.

• Prior experience in designing or implementing ecosystems with AI Agents (Agent Harness) is a plus.

• Extensive knowledge of financial market security regulations is a plus.
