Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Acts as the 'voice of the client' by overseeing and prioritizing the product backlog to enhance business value.

• Converts client requirements into precise, actionable specifications.

• Gathers input and feedback from stakeholders to guide product decisions.

• Collaborates closely with the development team to align functional goals with technical feasibility.

• Manages interdependencies and facilitates predictable delivery.

• Conducts both external and internal research to pinpoint client needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.

• Works in partnership with Operations, Sales, and Product leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a requirements intake role.

• Strong preference for experience with agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, along with experience in writing and managing user stories.

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and build productive relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong business and technology acumen, including an understanding of customer needs, technical concepts, and business strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation capabilities with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data, evaluate trade-offs, and make informed decisions.

• Organizational and time management expertise, allowing for effective prioritization of tasks, management of competing demands, and dependable delivery.

• Leadership and influence capabilities, encompassing people management and negotiation skills.

• Professional execution and accountability, demonstrated through the production of high-quality written outputs, effective teamwork, and consistent achievement of performance expectations.
