Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Product Strategy: Engage in regular discovery sessions with both existing and potential clients, conduct opportunity evaluations, and establish product strategies that align with our Company's Vision & Objectives.

• Deliver Results: Collaborate within an empowered team, closely partnering with engineering and design to provide solutions that are viable, valuable, feasible, and user-friendly.

• Drive Prioritization: Assess and prioritize problems to address alongside solution alternatives using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or WSJF, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user and business impact.

• Advocate for Agile Delivery: Foster Agile best practices across cross-functional teams to boost delivery speed, transparency, and product quality. Employ AI tools for rapid prototyping to validate solution hypotheses.

• Go-to-Market Strategy Coordination: Oversee the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features and releases, working with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure that internal teams are trained, equipped, and prepared.

• Client Interaction: Act as a representative of the product team in client-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars to communicate the product vision, collect feedback, and demonstrate new capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a product management position with a focus on B2B SaaS products.

• Demonstrated experience in applying Agile best practices and methodologies in cross-functional teams.

• Strong skills in utilizing AI tools to quickly develop low and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Proficient in Product Management and Software Delivery tools such as Aha! and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence).

• A proven history of coordinating go-to-market strategies, internal training, and sales enablement activities.

• Experience in leading client discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and webinars.

• Comfortable collaborating within global virtual teams.
