This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance our selection of vacation packages that feature hotels, guided tours, access to popular attractions, culinary experiences, and more.

• Manage key supplier partnerships in the rail, hotel, sightseeing, and transportation sectors.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the success of our product offerings.

• Create and curate unique, authentic, and immersive travel products that align with consumer demand.

• Establish and nurture relationships with rail operators, local DMCs, tour operators, attraction providers, hoteliers, and other travel suppliers.

• Stay updated on travel trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.

• Design and curate distinctive, authentic, and immersive experiences in collaboration with our suppliers.

• Work alongside marketing, sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless promotion, sales, and delivery of each vacation package.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback on packages and leverage insights for continuous improvement and refinement of product offerings.

• Ensure smooth execution of tours and activities, overseeing logistics, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to pricing strategies for products, balancing customer value with profitability.

• Manage the complete process of launching new vacation packages, ensuring that supporting technology and APIs are properly integrated and tested.

• Identify operational risks associated with hotels and activities and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Monitor and act upon business intelligence regarding product performance, including booking rates and customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management within the travel industry.

• Experience with suppliers, products, and customers in European rail vacations and destinations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including trends, customer behavior, and the operational complexities of running cruises, tours, and activities.

• Experience managing relationships with rail operators, tour operators, attractions, and regional service providers.

• Familiarity with APIs, booking systems, and integrations with third-party platforms.

• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and effectively managing timelines.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform product decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A deep commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
