Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the results for a significant segment of Property Meld's Intelligent Maintenance product.

• Address customer and business challenges that yield recognized value.

• Gain a thorough understanding of customer issues and collaborate with design and engineering partners to determine solutions.

• Draft written proposals for roadmap initiatives, detailing the problem, customer needs, anticipated outcomes, and justification.

• Evaluate whether customers acknowledge and depend on the value provided.

• Communicate product rationale, outcomes, and value effectively to team members, customer-facing teams, and clients.

• Engage in product development alongside design and engineering in a collaborative trio.

• Maintain a close connection with customers and their real-world experiences.

• Stay involved throughout the processes of problem discovery, delivery, rollout, quality assurance, launch, and measurement.

• Foster clarity, alignment, and momentum through influence rather than authoritative power.

• Select metrics that monitor product value, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Conduct quarterly visits to shadow customers and understand product usage better.

• Technical knowledge and eagerness to learn from engineers.

• Self-motivated, independent, and driven by purpose.

• Experience in PropertyTech is advantageous.

• Must be eligible for full-time employment within the United States.

• Must provide 6 hours of daily overlap with the Mountain Time Zone.
