Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize the necessary features and capabilities for the growth of the Identity for AI product, while influencing and implementing the product strategy for Ping’s Identity for AI solution.

• Collect insights from the market, customers, prospects, and partners to comprehend customer scenarios and technical requirements, uncover pain points and unmet needs, ensuring a strong product-market fit for Ping’s Identity for AI solution.

• Provide comprehensive input into the product planning process and prioritize features for effective communication with engineering teams.

• Develop technical specifications and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to create, launch, and enhance high-quality and polished features that address both customer and market needs.

• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, strategic requirements, emerging protocols/frameworks, and competitive pressures to guide product direction.

• Become a subject matter expert in Identity for AI, empowering Ping’s sales and solution engineering teams and facilitating the scaling of understanding and adoption of Ping’s Identity for AI vision and solution both internally and externally.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across product management workflows, including research, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in cloud computing within a product management or engineering capacity.

• Strong understanding of identity and access management, zero trust architectures, and identity standards and technology.

• Practical experience with AI frameworks and expertise in deploying them at scale.

• Experience in crafting exceptional product experiences for Developers and IT administrators.

• Prior experience in developing products from Zero-to-One, showcasing comfort with nascent, emerging, and rapidly evolving domains.

• A proven track record of managing product development lifecycles to deliver high-quality releases consistently.

• Proficiency in discussing product capabilities and market relevance with end-users, partners, engineers, and analysts.

• Ability to synthesize technical and market information into clear recommendations and roadmaps, and to present and defend these recommendations to diverse audiences.

• Skill in establishing effective relationships, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated strength in solving technical challenges through driving cross-team collaboration, ownership, and accountability.

• High agency and extreme ownership: You take initiative, advance progress independently, and accept accountability for results.

• Creativity and enthusiasm for enhancing efficiency with AI through workflows, tools, or automation.
