Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product from inception to retirement.

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and implementation.

• Ensure consistency with customer requirements and organizational objectives.

• Connect engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

• Engage with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to discover community engagement opportunities in the North American market.

• Collaborate with the Head of Product to outline the product roadmap in accordance with the global product-suite vision.

• Define, prioritize, and drive the development of features through to product launch.

• Manage product development for key platform areas from initial concept to final delivery.

• Work closely with global designers, engineers, and product managers.

• Assist in go-to-market initiatives alongside global marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

• Engage with stakeholders and influence organizational decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software Product Management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to adapt messages to suit the audience.

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks using data and established frameworks.

• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams (not mandatory, but a plus).

• Background in working with Government clients (not mandatory, but a plus).

• Knowledge of user experience design and research principles (not mandatory, but a plus).

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Urban Planning, Public Policy, Geospatial Sciences, Geography, or a related field (not mandatory, but a plus).

• Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
