Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial conception to launch and ongoing development.

• Analyze business and user requirements, transforming requests into prioritized functional specifications.

• Drive initiatives for improvement and innovation, ensuring outcomes that deliver genuine value to customers and the organization.

• Work in partnership with business stakeholders to guarantee strategic alignment and successful execution.

• Track product KPIs and recommend continuous enhancements based on data analysis.

• Assist the development team with defining project scope, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features.

• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies—including planning, refinements, and reviews—ensuring active engagement and alignment with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a clear product vision.

• Proficient in working within multidisciplinary team settings.

• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and analytics or BI tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Background in digital product projects, including ERP, CRM, E-commerce, and Marketplaces.

• Understanding of how to integrate tools and services (APIs).

• Preferred degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Economics, or related fields.

• Certifications in Product Management, Scrum, Product Owner, Agile, or Discovery are considered an advantage.
