Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee products throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception and discovery to roadmapping, delivery, deployment, and continuous optimization.

• Advocate for both the merchant and customer experience.

• Transform intricate financial and payment data into practical insights.

• Define, document, and review product requirements in collaboration with UX, engineering, marketing, legal, compliance, and sales stakeholders.

• Set success metrics for feature adoption, system reliability, and overall product performance.

• Coordinate beta testing and suggest product and feature enhancements prior to launch.

• Relay development status, release schedules, and go-to-market strategies among internal teams and external partners.

• Create detailed training materials for internal alignment and sales support.

• Gather, organize, and prioritize feature requests and feedback.

• Examine payment industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings to guide the product roadmap and ensure differentiation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.

• At least 2 years of experience in fintech or payment-specific product management.

• Proven track record in managing products from inception and discovery through to roadmapping, delivery, deployment, and optimization.

• Capability to convert complex metrics into data-driven product enhancements.

• Ability to assess business operations, pinpoint client-facing KPIs, define product uniqueness, and strategically position products against competitors.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, effectively engaging both technical and non-technical teams.

• Highly self-driven problem solver who can navigate uncertainty independently while collaborating with experienced teams.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
