Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead a fully cross-functional and autonomous product team for NordPass.

• Take ownership of product discovery, validation, and planning of the roadmap.

• Transform insights into delivered product value.

• Establish and monitor product health metrics like activation, adoption, and retention.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics.

• Work in tandem with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer.

• Balance immediate ROI with long-term product investments.

• Advocate for and implement Secure Software Development Life Cycle practices.

• Convert trends in authentication and identity into actionable product strategies.

• Design secure browsing solutions and AI-ready authentication methods.

• Develop developer-friendly Command Line Interfaces (CLIs) and integrations.

• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate swiftly while upholding quality and compliance.

• Communicate decisions, document trade-offs, and ensure team alignment around measurable outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• Proficiency with analytics and growth metrics, including activation funnels and cohort analysis.

• Technical fluency to engage in discussions about APIs, CLIs, and AI authentication protocols with engineers.

• Generalist approach with the ability to excel in ambiguous situations and switch contexts effectively.

• Outstanding communication skills that bridge business, legal, and engineering domains.

• Expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business markets, or the capability to develop such expertise.
