Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership to transform customer requirements and business objectives into a well-defined roadmap.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, encompassing discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, execution, and evaluating impact post-launch.

• Make difficult prioritization decisions while ensuring everyone remains aligned on the objectives and rationale behind the projects we are undertaking.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management related to software product development.

• Demonstrated success in guiding features from concept to launch and refining them based on outcomes.

• Strong capability to collect, prioritize, and articulate product requirements clearly.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering and design teams throughout the development process.

• Data-driven: leverages metrics and user insights to inform decision-making.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience with B2B / SaaS product offerings.

• Familiarity with the technical aspects of software development.

• Proficient in using analytics and experimentation tools.

• Background in UX or design thinking methodologies.
