Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the growth model and associated metrics, which include activation, sharing, invites, review completion, rescore, and retention metrics.

• Create a weekly “flywheel health” dashboard and manage the weekly growth cycle.

• Recruit and oversee early users (authors and reviewers) through outreach initiatives and session scheduling.

• Transform user insights into actionable product modifications.

• Design and implement lifecycle communications through both email and in-product messaging.

• Maintain a prioritized backlog of experiments and conduct A/B tests along with rapid iterations across onboarding processes, report user experience, sharing flow, and reviewer loop conversions.

• Assist in scaling traction into consistent usage through lab-level workflows and repeatable onboarding strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in growth, product growth, or lifecycle management (experience in a startup environment is highly preferred).

• Strong analytical instincts (including funnels, cohorts, and attribution) and comfort in collaborating with product/engineering teams to instrument events.

• Exceptional copywriting and messaging abilities, especially for a trust-sensitive audience.

• Proficient with CRM/lifecycle setups, spreadsheets, experiment design, and cohort operations.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and prioritize effectively.

• Fluent in English with a strong command of academic language.

• Experience with community-driven or invite-based growth mechanisms is advantageous.

• Familiarity with academic workflows (such as preprints, peer review, and lab culture) is a plus.

• Experience with AI-enabled products where trust and explainability are crucial for conversion is an added benefit.
