This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Sales Enablement & Field Support: Develop and sustain the essential k0rdent Enterprise pitch, which includes positioning, messaging, use cases, pricing details, and competitive differentiation. Create the necessary materials for sales representatives to successfully initiate and finalize deals, such as slide decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI models, demo scripts, and migration guides. Collaborate closely with the sales team; attend customer meetings, support discovery calls, and assist in closing strategic accounts. Own the talk track, ensuring it is straightforward, repeatable, and tested in the field.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Assume responsibility for GTM strategies related to new capabilities and product releases, coordinating efforts across product, marketing, and sales to ensure impactful launches. Engage with analysts, write technical content, and craft the external narrative surrounding k0rdent Enterprise. Develop and maintain a clear perspective on the competitive landscape, including Rancher, Red Hat, SpectroCloud, Rafay, and hyperscalers, while keeping the field equipped with up-to-date intelligence. Monitor win/loss patterns and provide insights for enhancing positioning and roadmap discussions.
• Customer & Market Insight: Interact directly with platform engineers, DevOps teams, and SREs to gain an understanding of pain points and purchasing motivations. Identify the use cases where k0rdent Enterprise excels, such as multi-cloud orchestration, IDP delivery, and regulated/air-gapped environments, and center the GTM narrative around these insights. Translate customer feedback into clear, prioritized recommendations for engineering and product leadership.
• Revenue Responsibility: Take charge of the commercial success of the sales strategies you support, recognizing that you are not merely a support function but accountable for helping the team achieve their targets. Monitor pipeline, conversion rates, and deal velocity as leading indicators of the effectiveness of your GTM approach. Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint any gaps in coverage, messaging, or materials that may be hindering deal progression.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or GTM roles within cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software.
• A proven history of enabling sales teams - you have developed the decks, authored the playbooks, and participated in closing deals.
• Demonstrated accountability for revenue: you have been evaluated based on commercial results, not just output.
• Excellent communication and writing skills - capable of simplifying complex infrastructure concepts for a business audience.
• Technical proficiency in Kubernetes, multi-cloud, and platform engineering, allowing you to engage in credible discussions with engineers and interpret their input.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, low-structure environment, taking initiative rather than waiting for direction.
• Bonus Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU orchestration use cases. Familiarity with Cluster API, GitOps, or Kubernetes-native policy tools. Background working with or against Red Hat, VMware, Rancher, SpectroCloud, Rafay, or hyperscaler Kubernetes offerings. Experience in a startup or high-growth setting where you developed GTM strategies from the ground up.
