This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of 2-4 significant features or enhancements concurrently, guiding them from the initial concept phase to successful live adoption.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, clinical personnel, and field teams to define requirements and gain insight into the actual challenges.
• Develop business cases that align features with our strategic objectives (scalability, productivity, quality, visibility).
• Craft clear, comprehensive user stories that provide developers with the necessary information for implementation.
• Serve as the primary reference point for developers when they have inquiries regarding requirements, edge cases, or scenarios such as 'what should happen when...'
• Create and implement communication strategies to ensure users are aware of upcoming changes and their rationale.
• Ensure the development of training materials and that deployment plans are effective for field staff with varying levels of user skills and digital literacy.
• Track adoption rates post-launch and refine approaches based on field observations.
• Utilize data to guide decisions regarding feature development, prioritization, and effectiveness assessment.
• Collaborate with our Product Analyst to address issues and collect user feedback.
• Oversee relationships with outsourced development teams and ensure they meet deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in product management is necessary, with closer to 5 years being preferred.
• Experience in healthcare services is essential, ideally across various areas of healthcare (e.g., care delivery, care coordination, population health, patient engagement, Medicaid operations).
• Familiarity with design-driven development or user-centered design methodologies is required.
• Strong preference for candidates with Salesforce experience.
• Experience with RCM solutions is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with outsourced or offshore development teams is an advantage.
