Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product domain, converting it into a prioritized backlog that the team can execute on.

• Articulate clear product specifications and frame challenges in terms of user and business value.

• Make considered tradeoffs between scope, speed, and quality.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to steer features from the discovery phase all the way through to launch.

• Evaluate the impact post-launch and iterate based on data insights.

• Leverage both quantitative and qualitative inputs, including experimentation and analytics, to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making.

• Maintain alignment among a diverse group of stakeholders by effectively communicating status, risks, and outcomes in a manner that fosters trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of four years of product management experience delivering consumer or platform products at scale.

• Proven history of taking ownership of a product area independently, creating a roadmap, and achieving measurable results rather than just implementing features.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and skilled at providing structure to loosely defined challenges.

• Proficient in data analysis and capable of collaborating effectively with analysts and engineers.

• Competent in utilizing experimentation and metrics to inform decision-making.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority across engineering, design, and business teams.

• Experience with online marketplaces, two-sided platforms, or consumer technology products is preferred.

• Knowledge of the dynamics involved in matching supply and demand at scale is preferred.

• Practical experience in conducting A/B testing and working directly with analytics tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or similar is preferred.
