This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of AI functionalities within a chat-oriented product interface.

• Spearhead the strategy for data modeling, transformation, and standardization throughout the platform.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle within an Agile framework, leading cross-functional teams.

• Take ownership of the product area's roadmap, concentrating on outcome-driven objectives.

• Facilitate the integration of advanced user analytics while collaborating with Design and User Research teams.

• Evaluate, monitor, and report on product KPIs to stakeholders, providing rationale based on data.

• Use Jira and Confluence as the authoritative source for technical specifications.

• Collaborate closely with Legal and Clinical teams to ensure adherence to data residency requirements, GDPR, and global health data standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, specifically within an Agile team.

• At least 2 years of proven experience with agentic products.

• Proven track record of owning and executing complex product roadmaps from concept to launch.

• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence; capable of engaging in technical discussions with engineers regarding API architecture and data schemas.

• Strong background in design-thinking principles and utilizing user analytics to inform iterative processes.

• Experience in a high-growth Series B startup environment, showcasing the ability to develop scalable processes while remaining flexible.

• Biotech Acumen: Experience in genetics, medical sciences, or Bioinformatics is a notable advantage, but a passion for the field is crucial.
