📋 Description

• Identify genuine, costly, and often overlooked challenges within the construction industry and develop solutions to resolve them.

• Take ownership of a critical segment of the construction management software product.

• Define and advocate for the product roadmap instead of simply managing it.

• Create tools that document construction-site activities in real-time.

• Transform raw site data into organized, reliable records.

• Assist commercial and project leadership in making informed decisions, justifying their choices, and safeguarding project margins.

• Collaborate closely with complex, real-world construction issues.

• Develop strong viewpoints on what should be built and adapt direction based on evidence as needed.

• Contribute to the comprehensive range of software products offered by Shape.Construction for construction management.
