This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Articulate and convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap informed by market analysis and customer insights.

• Work in close collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams to oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

• Convert intricate user requirements into clear, comprehensive functional specifications and user stories.

• Manage the product backlog by balancing technical debt, feature requests, and overarching strategic objectives.

• Evaluate product performance metrics and user feedback to refine features and promote ongoing enhancement.

• Serve as the primary champion for the customer, ensuring that each feature delivers a smooth and intuitive user experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a dynamic technology or SaaS setting.

• Demonstrated success in launching effective products and overseeing complete product lifecycles.

• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to leverage data for decision-making and success evaluation.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills; capable of bridging the divide between technical and non-technical teams.

• A "builder" mentality with a proactive approach and a passion for addressing complex challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as Jira or Linear.

• Technical expertise or experience working directly with APIs and data structures.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in wireframing.

• An advanced degree (MBA or MS) is advantageous.
