This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the strategy, development, and ongoing evolution of the product, ensuring its relevance, competitiveness, and sustainability.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle: from discovery and definition to development, launch, and iteration.
• Examine market trends, consumer behaviors, benchmarks, and internal data to derive insights and uncover opportunities.
• Establish the vision, objectives, roadmap, and prioritization, linking customer needs to the company's strategic goals.
• Clearly define ideal and non-ideal customers along with competitive differentiators, crafting a scalable strategy for growth and profitability.
• Validate assumptions through data, research, testing, and continuous experimentation.
• Outline risks, requirements, and alignments with various areas such as Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Collections, Marketing, Data, and Technology.
• Track product performance focusing on financial metrics, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, engagement, delinquency, and journey success.
• Enhance end-to-end customer journeys to minimize friction and drop-offs while maximizing conversion and overall experience.
• Champion the product vision, negotiate priorities, and influence internal stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in managing digital products within the financial or fintech sector.
• Familiarity with credit products such as Private Payroll-Deductible Loans, Public Payroll-Deductible Loans, or Credit Portability.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, analysis of lending data, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in structuring new products, defining journey architectures, and managing backlogs in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Tactical leadership skills and the ability to provide technical management and mentorship to analysts (APMs), along with interaction with C-Level executives.
• Clear and concise communication skills, along with a strong sense of prioritization focused on business risks.
