This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the product strategy, development, and evolution, ensuring its relevance, competitiveness, and sustainability.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle: from discovery and definition to development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Examine market trends, consumer behavior, benchmarks, and internal data to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Establish the vision, objectives, roadmap, and prioritization, aligning customer needs with the company’s strategy.
• Clearly distinguish between ideal and non-ideal customers, as well as competitive differentiators, to develop a scalable growth and profitability strategy.
• Validate assumptions through data, research, testing, and continuous experimentation.
• Identify risks, requirements, and necessary alignments with areas such as Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Collections, Marketing, Data, and Technology.
• Track product performance with an emphasis on financial metrics, customer satisfaction, conversion, engagement, delinquency, and journey success.
• Enhance the end-to-end customer journey by minimizing friction and drop-offs while maximizing conversion and overall experience.
• Play a key role in communication, championing the product vision, negotiating priorities, and influencing internal stakeholders.
• Significant experience managing digital products within the financial services or fintech sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of credit products, with a preference for Personal Loans as a key differentiator.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in SQL and Excel for making decisions based on financial and risk indicators (LTV, delinquency, conversion).
• Strategic business insight and the capability to convert company directives into actionable, profitable, and scalable solutions.
• Experience or exposure to people leadership and development, including direct management of Associate Product Managers and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear, executive-level, concise, and persuasive communication skills.
