This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collect, evaluate, and document both business and technical requirements for new product functionalities and enhancements to the platform;
β’ Convert business requirements into precise specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows) for the development teams;
β’ Work collaboratively with engineering, QA, design, and external partners to guarantee accurate and timely project delivery;
β’ Perform comprehensive analysis of product metrics and funnels to detect pain points, uncover opportunities, and identify areas for improvement;
β’ Conduct and assist with A/B testing and other validation experiments by establishing success metrics and analyzing results;
β’ Keep product documentation current and promote knowledge sharing across teams;
β’ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
β’ 2β4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in digital B2C products;
β’ Demonstrated success in writing comprehensive specifications and managing product backlogs;
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with practical experience utilizing BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Excel);
β’ Familiarity with A/B testing practices and evaluating statistical significance;
β’ Solid grasp of system architecture concepts (APIs, data flows, integrations, front-end vs. back-end roles);
β’ Experience in iGaming (sports betting, casino) or other high-transaction, high-load sectors is highly desirable.
