• Take ownership of the vision and roadmap for Front's Enterprise readiness surface, encompassing the governance, auditing, and control of AI features by admins at scale.
• Deliver the foundational elements that facilitate an upmarket pipeline: identity & access, audit & compliance, admin-at-scale, and extensibility APIs.
• Define the concept of "admin controls for AI" at Front, which includes permissions for agents, auditability of AI actions, and admin-grade observability into automations.
• Transform deal signals, security-review post-mortems, and insights from IT/admin customers into sustainable platform investments.
• Foster alignment across Engineering, Design, Security, Sales, SE, and Partnerships, exerting influence significantly without direct authority.
• Over 5 years of PM experience in a rapidly growing B2B environment, with a focus on delivering solutions for IT, admin, or security buyers.
• Strong enterprise/platform judgment — capable of distinguishing between a robust primitive and a quick fix for a single deal, and able to justify that distinction.
• Fluency in identity & security concepts — experience in designing around SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit, and/or public APIs, and proficiency in discussions related to SOC2 or security reviews.
• Well-formed opinions on AI in the admin/IT space — discerning what is truly beneficial for admins versus mere theatrics, understanding how non-human identities function, and what auditability entails when AI makes decisions.
• Systems thinking capability — understanding that permissions, auditing, and admin-at-scale can expose weaknesses in models; able to identify second-order effects before deployment.
• Attention to detail and quality — Enterprise clients and IT buyers are perceptive to subpar admin UX; you ensure high standards are maintained.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity — as this is a brand new pod, you will be responsible for shaping its direction rather than simply inheriting it.
