• Spearhead organized Voice of Customer initiatives across targeted segments, which include direct customer interviews, win/loss assessments, advisory boards, and feedback loops from the field.
• Perform in-depth market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis to guide strategic and investment choices.
• Collaborate with industry analysts and engage in pertinent forums to influence market narratives and collect forward-thinking insights.
• Oversee the complete product roadmap for front-of-lifecycle data center infrastructure services.
• Articulate a product vision that is rooted in market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer requirements across various segments and geographic areas.
• Pinpoint white space opportunities and formulate recommendations that foster differentiation, revenue enhancement, and operational scalability.
• Construct comprehensive business cases for new capabilities and investments, encompassing market opportunity assessments, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and ROI forecasts.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs for each capability area; create clear go/no-go criteria and monitor performance after launch.
• Create and present persuasive executive-level presentations to obtain investment, alignment, and forward-looking decisions from Leadership Teams.
• Foster cross-functional agreement across Technology/Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Finance while managing competing priorities and navigating organizational complexities.
• Keep a concise and regularly updated product narrative to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the product lifecycle.
• Over 15 years of Product Management experience, particularly in enterprise data center infrastructure.
• Extensive domain expertise in the Data Center ecosystem, including Hyperscale cloud builders (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, etc.), Neo Cloud / GPU cloud operators, Enterprise DC environments, and CoLo providers (Equinix, Digital Realty, etc.).
• Practical experience with front-of-lifecycle workflows: hardware procurement and configuration, rack and stack, staging and integration, deployment logistics, and smart hands services.
• Proven capability to develop and present business cases and strategic plans to senior leadership, successfully gaining buy-in across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical abilities — adept at constructing financial models, sizing markets, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; capable of distilling technical complexities into clear, compelling narratives for executive and customer audiences.
• Experience interacting with industry analysts and customers as a product spokesperson.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory, with an MBA preferred.
