Senior Product Manager – Workflow Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant aspects of the Workflows product experience, focusing on activation, builder usability, execution reliability, and long-term user engagement.

• Pinpoint high-impact opportunities throughout the workflow funnel to streamline complex automation journeys.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement scalable enhancements.

• Lead initiatives that facilitate quicker and more efficient user launches of their first meaningful automation.

• Spearhead efforts to establish workflows as an essential product that users frequently revisit.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience, preferably within SaaS or automation platforms.

• A demonstrated history of launching complex, user-facing features in a high-velocity environment.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, customer-centric product platforms.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is advantageous.

• A solid understanding of automation tools and workflow best practices to improve user experience.

• Capability to thoroughly comprehend user challenges, identify friction within product flows, and make informed trade-offs between functionality and simplicity.

• A strong analytical approach to interpreting user behavior, recognizing pain points, and enhancing workflow functionalities.
