Principal Product Manager – Public Sector

📋 Description

• Leading the development of product strategy and roadmaps that align with Public Sector needs and market potential.

• Collecting and synthesizing requirements from government entities and internal stakeholders to steer product development.

• Establishing and monitoring success metrics for new products and features from the prototype stage to production deployment.

• Clearly presenting product vision and updates to senior leadership and government stakeholders with compelling clarity.

• Fostering partnerships across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams while ensuring effective communication channels are in place.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of product management experience in launching complex cloud/SaaS products.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• U.S. citizenship with a Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

• Experience in supporting DoD, IC, or federal civilian agencies in cleared environments.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. Public Sector compliance frameworks, such as FedRAMP and Cloud Impact Levels.

• Advanced technical expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, and cybersecurity.

• A preference for working in a matrixed organization that aligns stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration.

• A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to ongoing learning and professional development.
