Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement the strategy and vision for a segment of Mastery's Transportation Management System.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Mastery's users and serve as an advocate for their needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product requirements align with client needs and Mastery’s strategic vision.

• Collect product requirements, prioritize features and backlogs, and enhance user experience.

• Partner with engineering teams to assess, implement, and deliver solutions that address user challenges.

• Create and maintain documentation related to your product(s) and feature(s).

• Develop metrics to monitor the success and impact of features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a preference for prior experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.

• Experience in launching Enterprise B2B SaaS products.

• CSPO or equivalent certifications are preferred.

• Proven ability to frame and break down complex problem statements into clear solutions.

• Compassion and empathy for users, with a focus on solving their issues.

• A strong drive to produce outcomes and iteratively achieve results.

• Persuasive skills with the ability to lead through influence.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

• A genuine passion for technology products and the capability to identify opportunities for innovation in our product space.
