AI Principal Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance the entire product and software development lifecycle (from concept to deployment) for AI-driven features.

• Integrate and coordinate advanced AI models (including image, video, and text) into dependable, user-facing workflows.

• Detect friction points in existing processes and tools, and implement enhancements that significantly boost team efficiency.

• Collaborate with product leaders to clarify problem statements, requirements, and success metrics for new features and experiments.

• Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to validate product concepts and drive customer and business outcomes.

• Establish effective, lightweight practices for testing, monitoring, and maintaining AI-enabled features in production.

• Mentor and guide engineers to elevate their skills in rapid shipping, working with AI, and owning outcomes from start to finish.

• Contribute to and shape technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices for AI deployment.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (such as product, design, and operations) to ensure solutions meet real-world workflows and needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a PDLC/SDLC Manager or in a comparable role, demonstrating a successful history of delivering production features end to end.

• Extensive knowledge of the contemporary JavaScript ecosystem, particularly Node.js and React.js (including React Query and Tailwind CSS).

• Demonstrated capability to manage and enhance the product/software development lifecycle, from idea and specification to deployment and iteration.

• Track record of increasing team or organizational velocity (e.g., shortening cycle times, boosting deployment frequency, streamlining workflows).

• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and services (e.g., AWS or equivalent), along with familiarity with modern DevOps practices.

• Experience in designing and conducting experiments, using data to guide product and technical decisions.

• Exceptional mentoring and coaching abilities, with a history of assisting other engineers in their growth and effectiveness in shipping.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders.

• A product-focused, ownership-oriented mindset, with the capability to balance speed, quality, and impact in a dynamic, high-autonomy environment.
