Associate Product Manager

📋 Description

• Implement the strategy and vision for a segment of Mastery's Transportation Management System.

• Assist Product Manager(s) in formulating product requirements, creating workflow diagrams, and prioritizing the backlog.

• Engage actively in scrum ceremonies to address inquiries and offer clarification during the development of features, ensuring alignment with product requirements and intent.

• Provide support to engineering teams with testing throughout the development and delivery process.

• Create and uphold documentation related to your product(s) and feature(s).

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Mastery's users and serve as an advocate for their needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or software business analysis.

• Proven experience working with Enterprise B2B SaaS products.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A genuine compassion and empathy for users, along with a focus on resolving their challenges.

• A proven track record of breaking down complex problem statements into clear, actionable solutions.

• Previous experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is advantageous.

• CSPO or similar certification(s) are preferred.

• Comfortable managing stakeholders, including those at the executive level.
