Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product development process, ensuring ongoing advancement and achievement of essential objectives and milestones.

• Establish and manage backlog prioritization, roadmap, and execution strategies.

• Coordinate squad activities, ensuring clear understanding of priorities, scope, and subsequent steps.

• Facilitate and conduct agile ceremonies and tracking sessions.

• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, obstacles, and critical decisions.

• Ensure cohesion between Product, UX, Technology, AI, Data, Business, other bank squads, and external collaborators.

• Actively collaborate with external partners and various bank squads, ensuring alignment and cohesive execution.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable problems, hypotheses, priorities, and execution plans.

• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and necessary decisions.

• Leverage data, user insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform product development.

• Function effectively in a complex, high-ambiguity setting, structuring problems and facilitating decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery/Product Lead.

• Background in leading products or projects that involve multiple squads and stakeholders.

• Experience within digital and technology landscapes.

• Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritization, roadmapping, and delivery planning.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or comparable frameworks.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to lead and influence teams without direct reporting authority.

• Practical approach with a strong sense of ownership and focus on results.

• Ability to navigate between strategic planning and execution.

• Comfortable in high-ambiguity, fast-paced settings.

• Proficient in English, capable of leading and actively engaging in forums, ceremonies, and discussions in English.

• Preferred: experience with AI, GenAI, LLMs, agents, automation, or conversational products.

• Preferred: understanding of quality, context, security, latency, and cost factors in AI products.

• Preferred: experience with system and service integration via APIs.

• Preferred: experience collaborating with external partners or partnership frameworks.

• Preferred: prior experience in fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
