This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Establish the clinical product roadmap, ensuring alignment between clinical requirements, business objectives, and market dynamics.

• Analyze complex clinical workflows and convert medical as well as regulatory specifications into user stories, epics, and engineering documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing boards, software developers, data analysts, UX designers, and legal teams to create and launch compliant products.

• Direct product go-to-market strategies, set KPIs, and track product adoption rates.

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and execution for digital health solutions.

• Lead essential product initiatives from initial discovery through to final delivery.

• Create healthcare solutions aimed at enhancing early detection, diagnosis, provider workflows, and patient outcomes.

• Promote ongoing product lifecycle enhancements and ensure solutions align with the company's long-term vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or clinical digital transformation.

• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• A clinical background (RN, Rad Tech, or similar) or an MBA/Master’s in Health Informatics is preferred.

• Specialized experience in Oncology or Cardiovascular pathways is preferred.

• Experience in developing or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, or clinical decision support tools is preferred.
