This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Conduct product discovery by gathering feedback from stakeholders, analyzing workflows, reviewing data, and performing market or client research.
• Convert business, clinical, operational, and client requirements into product specifications, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assess trade-offs related to scope, timeline, quality, operational impact, and customer value to guide product priorities.
• Oversee daily execution of features and enhancements from initial concept through to delivery.
• Keep product documentation up to date and verify the anticipated functionality.
• Proactively identify risks or obstacles to ensure quality delivery.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders in Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Client Success.
• Articulate product priorities, requirements, release plans, risks, and status updates effectively.
• Prepare materials and updates for leadership, operational, and client-facing discussions.
• BA/BS degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field is necessary.
• At least 2 years’ experience in solutions management is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in Healthcare Product Management within a payer, provider, digital health, or value-based care environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Agile teams and using product management tools such as Jira, GitHub Projects, or Azure DevOps is essential.
• Knowledge of wireframing and product analytics tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Mixpanel, Freshpaint, or Chameleon is beneficial.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, HCBS/LTSS, care management, or clinical decision support products is desirable.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Client Success teams is necessary.
