Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Transform ambiguous or incomplete business requests into well-defined requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and delivery plans.

• Manage backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and engineering efforts.

• Organize and coordinate sprints and releases while overseeing scope, blockers, risks, dependencies, and evolving requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, address product and technical tradeoffs, make pragmatic decisions, and document key changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software Project Management, complemented by hands-on skills in Product Management or Business Analysis.

• Proficient in requirements discovery, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, sprints, dependencies, and releases.

• Capable of converting ambiguous business concepts into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and actionable plans.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar applications.

• Comfortable engaging directly with CTOs and engineers, discussing technical limitations, questioning assumptions, and making product decisions in a rapidly evolving early-stage environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Russian is required.

• Consistent employment history, typically with 2–3+ years at each company, or valid explanations for shorter tenures.

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, financial operations, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
