Product Manager

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and long-term strategy for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with merchant requirements and EBANX’s strategic objectives.

• Serve as the product advocate throughout the organization, bridging local market trends with the global product strategy.

• Lead product discovery initiatives to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer challenges, the competitive landscape, and avenues for innovation.

• Collaborate with teams in commercial, operations, finance, marketing, legal, and engineering to create and implement scalable, compliant, and impactful solutions.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle — from ideation and discovery through to go-to-market, enablement, and post-launch refinement.

• Formulate the go-to-market strategy for new features or payment methods, which includes training, positioning, and performance assessment.

• Track product performance metrics (TPV, revenue, costs, margins) and identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and differentiation.

• Create business cases to prioritize initiatives and facilitate strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in product management or product strategy, preferably within the payments, fintech, or rapidly growing tech sectors.

• Strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, including issuers, acquirers, APMs, schemes, PSPs, settlement, foreign exchange, and regulatory environments.

• Excellent business acumen — capability to link product choices with revenue generation, cost efficiency, and market influence.

• Proficient in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.

• Experience in collaborating across functions in a global and culturally diverse setting.

• Practical experience in product discovery, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and backlog management.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to foster consensus and influence across various teams.
