This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop the product strategy for a SaaS workforce management platform.

• Oversee product discovery and delivery processes.

• Implement AI-driven workflows to enhance automation, prioritization, and delivery.

• Establish, construct, and execute strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, encompassing product discovery, backlog management, and user story creation.

• Monitor product usage, establish success metrics, and track business indicators such as CARR, retention, and adoption.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams.

• Lead sprint refinement and discovery sessions.

• Generate product documentation, including PRDs and product one-pagers.

• Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Ensure alignment among cross-functional stakeholders regarding product direction without formal authority.

• Exhibit product value and collect technical requirements during B2B client meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager with SaaS products in an Agile development environment.

• Proven ability to define, develop, and deliver strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives.

• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, including product discovery, backlog management, and crafting user stories.

• Strong analytical capabilities to track product usage, define success metrics, and monitor business indicators (e.g., CARR, retention, adoption).

• Ability to utilize AI tools throughout the Product Management lifecycle for workflow automation, prioritization, and delivery.

• Practical experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams, including leading sprint refinement and discovery sessions.

• Proficient in creating clear product documentation, such as Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product one-pagers.

• Familiarity with analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.

• Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams on product direction without formal authority.

• Degree or qualifications in Computer Science, Product Design, or a related technical field (preferred).

• Previous experience in a fast-paced technology start-up or scale-up environment (preferred).

• Domain knowledge of the HealthTech sector or healthcare operations (preferred).

• Familiarity with workforce management software or enterprise scheduling applications (preferred).

• Experience in B2B client meetings to showcase product value and gather technical requirements (preferred).
