Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Aid in establishing and implementing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tensar solutions to ensure alignment with company goals, while effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

• Establish and evaluate key performance indicators to measure success.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to articulate a clear and concise value proposition for Tensar solutions, including defining messaging, content, and collateral.

• Assist in the commercialization and launch of new products and applications within WH.

• Formulate a specification strategy to strengthen Tensar's position in the market.

• Conduct market research utilizing established voice of customer frameworks and best practices.

• Engage with customers to gather data, uncover needs, gain product insights, and relay this information throughout the organization.

• Identify market demands and customer challenges that could lead to new technologies, features, or services for CMC.

• Prepare and present business cases to promote the development of new opportunities.

• Collaborate with the technology team to commercialize research and enhance the value proposition of Tensar solutions, including the creation of sales materials.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations during internal and external meetings and workshops.

• Partner with product management to assess pricing strategies and price lists.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or product management within the construction industry.

• Capacity to influence, motivate, and guide large, cross-functional teams that do not directly report to this role.

• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams and external service providers.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities (verbal, written, listening).

• Highly organized with the capability to manage complex and detailed information.

• Solid understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.

• Professional Engineer (PE) License is advantageous.

• An MBA is preferred.
