This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +4 more states.
• Drive the vision and strategic roadmap for Tetragon-based products while delivering eBPF-powered runtime security features.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the customer, converting user challenges into actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with eBPF engineers to enhance Kubernetes-native infrastructure security.
• Equip sales teams with tools, demonstrations, and technical validation for runtime security offerings.
• Work alongside the marketing team on technical blog posts, white papers, videos, and interactive labs.
• Assist Customer Success in promoting user adoption.
• Represent Isovalent at industry conferences and community meetups.
• Cultivate the open-source eBPF and Tetragon community.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation through to successful launch.
• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Propel go-to-market strategies and initiatives focused on product-led growth.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years, Master's degree with 6 years, or PhD with 3 years of relevant experience in product management or cybersecurity product development.
• Proven experience in Cloud Native security and SecOps workflows, including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and offensive security.
• Background in building enterprise-grade software for Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to successful product launch.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy and roadmap formulation.
• Capacity to foster collaboration and secure stakeholder support across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape of Cloud Native security.
• Proven track record in executing go-to-market strategies and initiatives for product-led growth.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and Kubernetes Security.
• Strong technical foundation in eBPF, Linux, and kernel concepts.
• Experience with SIEM and log management systems such as Splunk, ELK, and Google SecOps.
• Knowledge of IDS/IPS network security tools including Suricata, Zeek, Snort, and OSSEC.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, CIS benchmarks, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, and SOC2 compliance frameworks.
• Experience in designing backend systems that support self-service provisioning or seamless onboarding.
• History of developing products for large enterprise customers and hyperscalers.
• Proficient in navigating complex compliance requirements and managing global rollouts.
