This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of product initiatives that cater to job-seeker needs, resume scenarios, and career-document experiences.
• Leverage data, research, funnel analysis, and customer insights to pinpoint high-impact opportunities.
• Establish product hypotheses, requirements, success metrics, and experimental plans.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Data, Content, and AI/Content Technology teams.
• Convert user challenges into precise product requirements, ensuring a balance between customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee cross-functional execution, which includes scoping, prioritization, sprint planning, launch readiness, and post-launch analysis.
• Assess experiment and launch outcomes, synthesize insights, and propose subsequent actions.
• Adapt and expand successful experiences across BOLD’s resume and career-document products.
• Convey product decisions, trade-offs, progress, risks, and results to partners and leadership.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, ideally within a consumer digital product, SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or e-commerce setting.
• Strong customer empathy combined with sound product judgment.
• Proven experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights for product decision-making.
• A history of managing product initiatives from problem identification to launch and iterative improvements.
• Comfortable working with funnel metrics, A/B test outcomes, user behavior data, and customer feedback.
• Ability to articulate clear product requirements, define success metrics, and collaborate with Engineering on scope and trade-offs.
• Excellent collaboration skills across Design, Engineering, Data, Content, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating across global teams and different time zones.
• Interest in AI-driven product experiences, personalization, resume/career technology, or aiding job seekers.
• Availability for late afternoon meetings four days a week, until 7–8 PM CEST.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, at least at a C1 level.
• Experience in international product teams.
• Must reside in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland.
