Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to establish and enhance dynamic pricing, converting pricing strategies into algorithmic factors and inputs.

• Take ownership of product initiatives that make the pricing algorithm comprehensible through recommendations, explanations, and narratives.

• Work alongside Engineering to define project scope, draft requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations.

• Lead the roadmap for the AI assistant and MCP product utilizing GenAI.

• Create content and recommendations that render the algorithm and the underlying data understandable and actionable.

• Take charge of enhancing the recommendations engine.

• Define and monitor metrics for user adoption, retention, and time to value.

• Convert intricate pricing and data concepts into straightforward product requirements, narratives, and priorities.

• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-facing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably with technical, data-centric, or model-driven products.

• Experience in a startup and SaaS environment.

• Background in dynamic pricing, ideally within short-term rentals, hotels, airlines, travel, or hospitality sectors.

• Capability to collaborate with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products.

• An AI-forward mindset with a strong desire to utilize GenAI for product challenges.

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret product and pricing data and link efforts to business outcomes.

• Proficiency in converting complex technical concepts into clear narratives during remote collaborations.

• Strong skills in cross-functional execution.

• Experience with integration into platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or similar travel distribution systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI assistants, agents, or MCP-based products is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
